Brand New Construction. Heavenly Villas was destroyed by hurricane Irma, this is a brand new home conveniently located close to Cruz Bay. Heavenly Villas, is a private, stand-alone (no shared walls), brand new 2 level concrete villa with rooftop terrace, located on the west side of St. John in Cruz Bay. We have wide sweeping views of the ocean to the South and the entire west side of the island and Pillsbury Sound. The views are flat-out ridiculous. Most of the pictures on here are from the old villa, the new villa is located higher on the hill with another story, making the views even better than what is pictured. More photos coming soon.

The villa is part of a 13 unit development just 3 minutes to downtown Cruz Bay and the ferry dock. It has two bedrooms down and one up along with a spectacular rooftop terrace with Tiki bar. We share a remodeled pool, just 100 steps away.

Enjoy amazing sunsets nightly with 220 degrees ocean views from every level in the home. Watch the sailboats and cruise ships slip by and enjoy the wonderful island breezes. It is a must see.

Note: We were destroyed by Irma a year ago and will be ready for rentals in December 2019. Check out our website for building progress reports. Reservations for 2020 can be made now!

A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortended stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit, UNLESS owners are able to rent the unit to another party for equal rate and length.

What a magnificient stay we had at Heavenly Villa! This villa has everything you could ever need or want. It has been... rebuilt since the hurricane so everything is brand new and beautiful! There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, and washer and dryer both upstairs and down! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and all have wonderful views. The location of the house is perfect and very close to town. The view from the balcony is expansive and one of the best on the island! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to music on the outside speakers. The owner Scott was excellent to work with and was readily available to answer any questions. The property manager Luciah met us promptly at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. Both Scott and Luciah were very friendly and wanted to make our stay as perfect as possible. Highly recommend Heavenly Villa!read more

I cannot rave enough about Scott and Terri's beautiful house in the Virgin Islands.3 master bedrooms (no fighting... over who gets the master!!!) Each with their own bathroom. 2 belconys with the most perfect view of the bay. This house is bulletproof for anyone with any concerns of visiting during a stormy part of the year. Parking spots available. A giant open space for the kitchen and family room. Whole place is a smart house with the speakers and TVs. Above and beyond is an understatement. All of this pales in comparison to how Scott and Terri treat their guests. We couldn't feel more at home with them offering places to go, what to see and/or bring. It was like narrowing your uncle's cabin for a weekend. Our family Christmas vacation this year is the best we had ever had due to these two wonderful people. We'll worth the investment.read more

Heavenly Villas

We are both self-employed and live in freezing Minnesota and love to head to St. John to enjoy the warmth of the Caribbean weather. We love to travel. We have been to Mexico many times, Hawaii, and Amsterdam, but fell in love with St. John. Scott & Teri purchased this Villa in 2011. We have been coming to the USVI and BVI (sailing) for many years and found St. John to be our favorite Caribbean island. We took our time searching for the right property and had to seize the opportunity to purchase Heavenly Villas. Now we are 'living the dream'... well, sometimes, when we get to stay at Heavenly Villas! Heavenly Villas is located above Cruz Bay with western/southern and some northern views that provide some awesome sunsets. We are always striving to add those special touches to Heavenly Villas and hope you will enjoy it there as much as we do. St. John is a wonderful island and a great place to visit. The villa is large enough so if you are in a big group, you can enjoy private time on your balcony or on the rooftop terrace. There are plenty of large gathering areas as well. You will enjoy the great hiking trails, beaches, snorkeling, and much more that this charming island has to offer. We know there are many options when choosing a villa on St. John and hope you choose Heavenly Villas. We have put a lot of thought into the details and hope our guests have a great, 'don't worry, be happy' vacation.
